You know what I really hate? cellular companies here in america docking minutes to receive calls as well as make them. so far, every other country where i have talked to friends in, have told me that only in america this happens. like in singapore, egypt, thailand, cambodia, and molasia, to name a few, you are only docked minutes for making calls, not receiving them. why here in america, r your minutes docked when u make, as well as receive calls? i really think that is unfair. what does everyone else think on this matter?

I was just speaking with my boyfriend Spiros about this a few days ago and he told me the same thing is true in Greece. No charges for received calls. *sigh* Leave it to the Americans... It's all about the money and how much they could squeeze from you.

ah. but nextel charges u an outrageous amount of money for those free incoming minutes and they only give u 300 anytime outgoing minutes. that is there lowest plan with free incoming which is somewhere in the ballpark of $65 a month. not to mention that sprint/nextel does not offer this on the family share plan which my husband and i have. oh yes, and they charged us an extra $100 to get my line put on his account. we talked to customer service before we went and got the plan to ask them if we would get charged to put my line on his account and they said no. so as far as i am concerned, sprint lied about this. i wish that cell phone providers would not lie about things like that. god people in this country are extremely money hungry. they try to bleed every last cent from you until u have nothing left.
